A passionate property investment and development professional with extensive and diversified experience in property investment and development. Having held senior posts in property investment roles for 17 years, I have successfully managed and delivered over €200 million in Gross Development Value (GDV) from inception to delivery for all stakeholders and investors. My expertise lies in project coordination, management, corporate strategic planning, development financing, finance coordination, strategic investment planning, and senior management.

Work Experience

Managing Director – Abodos Developments

Oct 2010 to Present

Directly responsible for managing and directing all residential development activities from the acquisition strategy, development financing through to liaising with project managers through to practical completion of large-scale developments. Successfully managed and delivered in excess of €200 million GDV across 6 developments nationwide from inception to hand over.

Hedge Fund Adviser – Mann Investments

July 2008 to 2010

Worked as a senior member of a Hedge fund advisory group. I had direct experience in presenting global fixed income hedge fund investments to both private and institutional investors. I successfully built and advised on a client wealth base of over €55 million over 24 months.
